Stock Availability

Whilst we make every attempt to ensure that our online store stock levels are accurate, sometimes an item may be available online but may be out of stock.  If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative item or a refund.

Order Cancellation

If you have any need to cancel your order, please contact enquiries@sassiaustralia.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been processed, we will try and assist where we can.

Sales, Promotions and Offers

All sales, promotions and offers are subject to the conditions outlined at the time of said sale, promotion or offer and may be specific to:

• Entering relevant code at checkout and using as specified at the time. A full price item does not qualify as a sale item when purchased with a promotional code. Sassi J Fashion does not take responsibility for a code not applied to an online order at checkout.
• Applicable to a minimum value specific to the offer.
• Applicable to specific products.
• Sale items can only be returned for a store credit unless faulty.
• Sassi J Fashion reserves the right to end any sales, promotions or offers at any time.
