Our items are inspected in store prior to be shipped to ensure they are received by the customer in perfect condition.

We offer $10 flat rate regular post or $20 flat rate express post using Australia Post.

Free Shipping via Australia Post on all Australian orders over $200.00

All online orders received by 2pm will be sent same day.

Please note that Sassi J Fashion does not accept responsibility for Australia Post delivery times.

RETURNS

Full price items

We do not refund on change of mind but will offer an exchange within in 14 days of the customer receiving the items. 

We do not offer refund or exchange on hats or jewellery.

We are happy to refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is faulty
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• if purchase is not your size we are happy to offer exchange

Sale items

All returned items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached.

To make a return please email our staff at:  sassij@sassiaustralia.com and please provide the following information:

• Order number
• Full name
• Items to be returned and reason for the return.
