RETURNS

Full price items

We do not refund on change of mind but will offer an exchange within in 14 days of the customer receiving the items. 

We are happy to refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is faulty
• is significantly different from the sample or description

Sale items

We do not offer refund or exchange on change of mind for sale items.

We are happy to refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

All returned items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached.

To make a return please email our staff at:  enquiries@sassiaustralia.com and please provide the following information:

• Order number
• Full name
• Items to be returned and reason for the return.

Please do not return the item until you receive confirmation from us. Once received please return to:
